I have consistent access to properties that have not been advertised for sale yet giving you the advantage of seeing property and writing offers without having to worry about competition from other buyers. As a Founding Agent and Senior Vice President of Compass, I have the tools to view and request access to any and all off-market properties. Furthermore, I often gain access to off-market properties through my long-standing positive relationships with other brokers.
